Smoky Mountain Peak The area is close to everything, the property is as described. The cabin is cozy, comfortable and have all amenities that we need. Smoky Mountain Peak Overall, we had a decent stay at this cabin. With a few small improvements this cabin could become top notch. First, the driveway is VERY steep and only allows for one vehicle to pass at a time. This wasn't an issue during our stay in the summer and my Civic could make the hill okay, but you absolutely need 4WD/AWD if going in winter conditions. My husband and I are experienced mountain drivers, but even I was fearful of meeting another family trying to enter/leave down the road and be forced to reverse down the hill to make way for traffic. This wasn't a deal breaker for us, but just be mindful if mountain driving scares you! Second, the overall cleanliness of the house was great, but there were many little millipedes that made their way into the home which wasn't the most pleasant. I'm not sure if there is a nest near the home, or how exactly they were getting in but my husband had to kill at least 15 during our stay with our little girls who are not happy about bugs. We had a small issue with the internet/wifi while staying here. We absolutely did not expect to be able to stream movies/shows while here, but the first 2 days we couldn't even load a normal internet page or email. This was inconvenient for my husband having to check on a few small work/school items while on vacation. We did reach out to the cabin caretaker and we were just told it wouldn't work if we were trying to stream despite us saying we were not. Ultimately the internet started to work on day 2 randomly, but know that it is very likely you will have no cell phone reception or basic internet available at every moment while staying here. Overall, the cabin was nice and one of the best we have been able to bring out pets to and having a fully enclosed area for our dogs to enjoy while we were outside was amazing. I do suggest pet owners bring a flashlight as the dog yard area is not lit at night and very dark. This is a nice cabin for a family with kids and pets, and with a few small improvements could become an exceptional property at the top of the list. Smoky Mountain Peak This was a great property with a great view. It was perfect for our family vacation with adults and two kids ages 2 and under. The dog run and fenced in yard was perfect for letting the dogs spend time outside and with us on the porch. Property manager was easy to work with and very timely with responses. We rent a cabin in the Smoky Mountains every year. We've rented dozens of cabins and this was the best by far! Beautiful, spacious, clean, everything seemed brand new and up to date. Spectacular wrap around deck with breathtaking view. Very easy access to the cabin and plenty of level parking. The fire pit was great for family s'mores time. We definitely stay here again. Smoky Mountain Peak Wonderful experience! We had so much fun on our trip, hiking, tours, pigeon forge, and dollywood. The highlight of the trip was spending time at this wonderful cabin. The views are breath taking. The accommodations were perfect. We loved the fenced in yard for our two small dogs. Memories made here will be cherished forever. My husband, our 6 month old son, black lab, and I needed a little getaway and this was the perfect place. It was close enough to stores and restaurants, but just far enough to get away and enjoy some piece and quiet. Smoky Mountain Peak Great and quick communication from host. We had 4 adults, 4 children ages6-16 and two puppies. The home was just as clean and beautiful as the pictures if not even nicer in person. It rained off and on during our vacation week so we weren’t able to always walk around, tour and do the attractions however the house had plenty of space, all the necessities plus more to keep the children happy. We took advantage of the Kitchen and BBQ to cook everyday. Host supplied extra propane tank for the BBQ which we utilize. Our children were able to enjoy swinging, rocking and eating on the nice chairs outside the wrap outing porch. They played upstairs and enjoyed pulling out the sofa beds to lounge and talk together. Hot tub was clean adults and children enjoyed. Fire wood was supplied for us to make a fire outside and to roast marshmallows. Premise was conveniently gated so we knew our puppies were safe to freely run around and play around porch. Sunset was so picturesque. Smoky Mountain Peak Our stay was amazing at this property. We were in town for my daughters small wedding. The Owner was very welcoming. The cabin was perfect for my husband and I since we love to travel with our three small dachshunds. We loved the layout of the wrap around decking that opened into a fenced yard. The cabin is beautiful and decorated in a mountain adventure motif. The kitchen was stocked with all our needs for cooking and basically hibernating for a few nights. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub looking at the new fallen snow and the bright stars.. The visit was so nice we decided to stay an extra night. Smoky Mountain Peak This cabin went above and beyond my expectations! It had everything and more! The views were amazing from every window! The wrap around patio! Hot tub was perfect!! Our pup was safe and we could let me outside without lease because it’s fenced in! It was perfect! I definitely recommend this place it’s chef kiss!!! This is the place to stay if you want to have an amazing vacation! It’s so close to everything! Perfect location!!! GPS says when you arrive one house before so just keep going all the way up the hill and your there!!! Be prepared steep mountain roads and spotty reception. The Mountain View from the cabin is everything! We went to laurel hills falls it was an amazing hike in the Smokey mountains! Def recommend going!!! Would have tried the hot tub, but as another reviewer mentioned there is a security camera pointed right at it, which made my wife uncomfortable. We understand having cameras on the exterior of the property, but would suggest relocating this particular camera to a different location. Our family really enjoyed our stay here! It was very peaceful and quiet and a quick drive into Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge for shopping and other activities. We spent most of our vacation time here due to the pandemic, but ventured out just enough to not go stir crazy. Cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the fire pit and our dog loved exploring the outside of the property. Would have tried the hot tub, but as another reviewer mentioned there is a security camera pointed right at it, which made my wife uncomfortable. Smoky Mountain Peak Beautiful cabin with an incredible view. Owner checked in on us via email on VRBO on day of arrival. Which was nice because we got in late and it was really dark and we were tired and couldn’t find the cabin. Cabin was nicely lit up just go to the end of the road and you’ll run right into it. As previous reviews have mentioned the wifi is very weak and goes in and out. I thought it was an exaggeration but it wasn’t. Lol 😝 We dealt with it just fine but if you have kids that have to be connected look elsewhere they won’t be happy. With that said owner was gracious enough and allowed us with our 4 fur kids and they had a great time. They had never seen so many leaves before and were fascinated. This place was perfect for them because of the fenced in back yard. Although another light back there would be nice to light up the whole area. Only other complaint is there is a slight wasp problem. When I noticed the first one I thought maybe we let one in accidentally. But then we kept seeing one after another. My husband is allergic to wasp stings so it was a bit of an inconvenience. He had to go into the bedroom while I sprayed them. There might be a nest and must getting in through a crack somewhere. They seem to congregate in the top corner by the windows. Overall we all had an enjoyable restful time. I will also mention that the mattress was really comfortable and we had trouble getting out of bed we slept so great. Smoky Mountain Peak Great house and perfect location for a quick get away. The house is really clean, nice and quiet. Just know if you are trying to get away to work or do NTI internet is not great, but if you just want to unwind and relax and get away from electronics this is perfect. or you can pop into town to get quick emails sent for work. We took several hikes while there with our dogs and the fenced yard makes it nice to sit in the hot tub or enjoy the swing looking at the changing leaves while the dogs relax and chase acorns. — Elissa P, 01 Oct 2020

Just know if you are trying to get away to work or do NTI internet is not great, but if you just want to unwind and relax and get away from electronics this is perfect. or you can pop into town to get quick emails sent for work. We took several hikes while there with our dogs and the fenced yard makes it nice to sit in the hot tub or enjoy the swing looking at the changing leaves while the dogs relax and chase acorns.

Smoky Mountain Peak We had an amazing time at this cabin! The cabin is in a very convenient location with only about a 12 minute drive to Pigeon Forge and only 25 minutes to Gatlinburg. It also has a beautiful view overlooking the smoky mountains and offers plenty of privacy. The hosts responded right away to our communications and were very friendly. The only thing that we didn't like about the cabin was that the WiFi connection was very slow. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable and memorable experience. Smoky Mountain Peak Throughout the whole process (pre-stay, during, and leaving), the communication was great! There was plenty of space for the whole family to relax...from the upper rooms, outside seating areas, to the fire pit out front. Smoky Mountain Peak We had a wonderful Stay at the cabin. The cabin is located at the top of the mountain giving you total peace and privacy. The cabin itself was spotless and very well maintained. My kids loved the arcade game in the loft area, and the hot tub. The owner was very polite and quick to answer questions. A few things to keep in mind: the internet is very very slow. This was nice for us to disconnect and relax, but made it tough when it came for just basics like checking email or researching things to do in the area. Second they have two ring spotlight cameras on the front of the house and on the back near the jacuzzi. For the property owner it makes sense to have this to be able to check in on the property when it’s vacant , but we felt uncomfortable with the second camera in the back facing the hot tub. Having two young girls I didn’t like the thought of them being on camera while In the hot tub. It would be best to reposition that camera. The last thing to keep in mind is there is also no cable. We don’t really watch much tv but at night my kids like to put on a show. They did have a DVD player and a nice choice of movies , but I recommend bringing a few extra of your favorites. Overall this is a top notch property. We’ve stayed at many VRBOs and this was one of the best places we stayed! Thanks for such a wonderful stay!! — Jeremy P, 01 Aug 2020
